Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery times vary by country but generally do not exceed 30 business days.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Return Policy – Nova Manchester

We hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, but if not, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.


Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

  • A return request must be made via email before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and all returns must be sent to our international warehouse.


Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Lingerie and underwear

  • Personalized, handmade, or custom items

  • Sale items (see conditions below)


Sale Items

Products purchased on sale cannot be refunded. They may only be:

  • Exchanged for another item, or

  • Converted into a store credit.


Used Items

If you have worn an item and are not satisfied, please contact our customer service.
We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may offer:

  • A partial refund,

  • An exchange, or

  • A discount code.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
